A wide range of machines for fancy yarns such as flamed, buttoned, chenille and other knitted and cut yarns enable the production of a wide variety of fabrics.
WEAVING
Our looms are operated by talented master weavers who bring yarns to life, transforming them into authentic, elegant fabrics. With precision and expertise, we create unique patterns and textures that characterize traditional Moroccan clothing.
- Dobby: twills and satin derivatives, taffetas, crepes, chevrons, damasks and more.
- Jacquard: total flexibility to weave any design.
DYEING
We pay particular attention to the dyeing of our fabrics to achieve vivid, long-lasting colors, using environmentally-friendly dyeing methods that preserve fiber integrity and minimize environmental impact. Woven fabrics are dyed using a discontinuous process that offers the flexibility to produce a wide variety of colors in the shortest possible time. Chemical and mechanical finishes are applied to give our fabrics the technical characteristics required by our customers.
